7. Megan Fox
According to Megan Fox, losing the weight she gained during her pregnancies hasn’t been a lot of fun. During her first pregnancy, she only gained 23 pounds. She was able to lose 13 pounds without even exercising. “I can’t work out yet because my body is still too fragile,” she said. “I try to eat whatever I want, but I don’t eat any dairy, and I guess that’s the biggest diet tip. Try and stay away from dairy – especially if you’re a woman! It’s really hard on your hormones.”
Following her second pregnancy, Fox used the low-carb Paleo diet to shed the extra pounds. “I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates,” she said. “No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day. I don’t have any cheat days, but if I did, it would be pizza or cake.”

I felt probably the lowest I have ever felt in my life,” she told Channel Nine Today. “Just yesterday I saw a clip of me when I must have been about eight months pregnant – huge! I said, ‘guys, just wait until I have this baby, as soon as I get my body back and I feel good about myself, I’m going to do some naked shoot so just be ready.” And that she did!
After she gave birth to North, the reality TV star went on the Atkins diet and began working out regularly to shed the post baby weight. Unfortunately she says she’s had grave difficulty losing the last fifteen pounds.

I don’t know if it was being older and being in my 30s instead of my 20s…I [was] 34 when I had him, and I just couldn’t get it off. It was kind of demoralizing.”
It wasn’t until the Oscar-winning actress teamed up with Tracy Anderson that she was able to lose the rest of the baby weight. She gave up her macrobiotic diet which, according to her, caused her to gain weight and began exercising for two hours a day six days a week with her trainer or on her own.

We started with just walking, I think I only walked that first month.”
According to her, pregnancy has changed her body. “Your body changes dramatically, inside and out. You grow in places you never knew you could, and you are tired beyond belief. In some cases more than others, your body experiences a kind of trauma through childbirth that is difficult to explain unless you’ve had that experience. My case was like that, everything from my thyroid to my platelets crashed. Thank God, we are all doing great now, but my body was really bent out of shape after the boys were born,” she wrote.
