As we all know, Charlie Sheen has quite the rap sheet. Over the years, he’s gotten himself into a lot of trouble and most of it has been well documented in the media. From his many failed rehab stints to accusations of threats and violence from his former partners, when it comes to Charlie, we’ve heard it all. Or have we? Here are 7 forgotten scandals involving the former television star:

7. First Rehab Stint

In 1990, Charlie – who already had a reputation as a party animal – spent a month at a rehab facility in Santa Monica, California, for alcohol and drug addiction after his family staged an intervention. His publicist Jeff Ballard put a different spin on the situation though. He claimed Charlie was at the rehabilitation facility because he was “suffering from extreme exhaustion due to an arduous filming schedule.”

Before Kelly Preston married John Travolta, she was briefly engaged to Charlie. The relationship was reportedly messy and ended shortly after she was shot in the arm in their Hollywood home. According to Charlie, he left a loaded gun in his clothes and when Kelly went to move them the gun went off. 3. Assaulted Girlfriend

In 1996, Brittany Ashland accused the former “Two and a Half Men” star of throwing her on the kitchen floor, and splitting up her lip. 2. Drug Overdose

In 1998, Charlie was hospitalized after suffering a near fatal drug overdose. According to him, his “nose fell apart” from snorting pounds of cocaine, so he decided to inject it directly into his veins. Afterwards, he complained about a tingling sensation in his hands and difficulty walking and was rushed to the hospital.

Shortly after he was released from the hospital, he checked into Promises, a rehab facility, but left a few hours later. Police picked him up the next morning smelling of alcohol and still under the influence of drugs the rehab center gave him to help ease withdrawal and ordered him back to Promises and he completed another 30 day stint.

1. Inflatable Sex Doll

Years ago, Charlie bought himself a $6,000 anatomically correct latex doll dressed in a cheerleader’s outfit. He once brought it on set of his show Spin City and on another occasion he tried to entice two other women to have a foursome with him and the doll. “They couldn’t stop laughing at him,” an insider said. “Charlie got so mad that he ran the girls out of his house. Then he took a meat cleaver and chopped one of the doll’s hands off. He and his bodyguard tried to dispose of it, like it was a real body. They wrapped it in a blanket and drove around in the middle of the night till they found a Dumpster.” Sheen’s friends reportedly used to tease him that the doll looked an awful lot like his second wife, Denise Richards.
