Most people like to watch reality TV – whether they admit it or not. It turns out that celebrities are the exact same way. While many of them don’t speak up about what reality shows they watch in their spare time, more and more are of them are coming forward, letting the world know that these kinds of programs are their guilty pleasure. It isn’t just C-list celebrities who are into it – mega movie stars have also hopped on the bandwagon. Like us, they really like the “unscripted” drama. Here are 7 well-established stars who are surprisingly into reality TV shows!

7. Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence is a huge fan of reality TV. In an interview with Vanity Fair last year, she said that she needs a man who is also into the same shows that she likes. “I would just rather have somebody that has the same taste in reality TV. Shark Tank. Wait, Oh, Dance Moms–that is a good one!” she said. “O.K., maybe my favorite is Dance Moms, but I do love my Real Housewives. But there’s also – there’s Doomsday Preppers. Hoarders is O.K. I find it gets a little boring after a while, but it’s great. Basically, what I’m saying is all I need in a relationship is somebody to watch TV with me.”

The Oscar-winning actress is such a fan of reality TV that she reportedly was star struck when she saw Kim Kardashian in a hotel in New York City. “We said, ‘Hi’ and walked into the elevator and as the doors were closing, she screamed across the lobby, ‘I love your show!’” Kardashian told UK’s “The Sun.”

6. Megan Fox

Megan Fox can’t get enough of “The Real Housewives.” In fact, we think she might be addicted! She’s been watching it for years now. Back in 2010, she told MTV that she initially hated the “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” but she ended up liking it later on. “You know, I hated previous seasons of the New Jersey ‘Housewives,’ but this season I got kind of hooked on that, and it’s really embarrassing.”

Watching “The Real Housewives” obviously wasn’t that embarrassing because she’s still watching it and loving it! “I watch all of the Housewives. Brian watches them, too. They’re addicting. And we talk about it. We’re like, ‘Could you believe Teresa did that?’ They’re like drugs those shows. It’s my worst vice for sure,” she told E!. “We watch them together and we record them if we’re going to be out of town. There’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just junk food for your brain.”

5. Christina Ricci

Former child actress Christina Ricci has said that she likes watching reality TV. On “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” she talked about her love of the genre and how British reality TV shows are her favorite. “I’m a TV addict and I personally really enjoy watching reality TV. I love how you can go there and it’ll be Big Brother time, and the entire country is talking about [the show]. It’s like headline news what happened the night before,” she said.

“The Addams Family” star also has a soft spot for “How Clean Is Your House?” “These two British ladies go and surprise really, really dirty – well, people who are really messy,” she said. “Here in the US we call them ‘hoarders’, but in England they don’t. They’re just like, ‘Whoa, you really don’t know how to clean your house.’ The best part is when they show you how dirty it is.”

4. Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston is hooked on “The Bachelor” and so is her longtime love, Justin Theroux. “I’ll say it out loud. Last year, [friends] were saying, ‘It’s The Bachelor, it’s premiering tonight! The Bachelor is premiering tonight!’ And I was like, ‘Oh, guys! Seriously? The Bachelor? That’s been on for 15 years or something.’ And Justin and I, just for fun, watched – and two hours later, we were addicted. It was like junk food. We were sad when it ended,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.

This wasn’t the first that time that the “Cake” star talked about her fascination with “The Bachelor.” During an interview with Allure magazine back in 2011, she talked about how intense the women on the show were. “I was mesmerized by how these girls, they meet this guy, they have three dates together or something, and they’re weeping as though they’ve just lost the love of their life. I don’t understand that,” she said.

3. Andrew Garfield

Reality TV is one of Andrew Garfield’s guilty pleasures. In an interview with Total Film back in 2012, he said that he would rather decompress by watching reality TV than by reading a book. “When I’m working on something very intense – like [Spider-Man] was very intense to work on, believe it or not, and I’m doing a play at the moment which is very, very intense – whenever I’m not on stage I wanna watch reality television,” he said. “I wanna watch, like, The Voice or The Bachelor. Don’t be surprised by that – it’s the greatest show on TV.”

When it comes to his taste in TV, he also likes quality shows like HBO’s, “Girls.” “I really enjoy Girls. [Lena Dunham]’s genius! She directed it, and acts in it…she’s genius,” Garfield said. “She’s unbelievable, she’s sickening. God damn her! She’s brilliant, so I think I’m going to get into that show.”

2. Anthony Hopkins

Who knew that Anthony Hopkins was such a big fan of reality TV! During an interview with The Guardian back in 2012, he was asked about what his idea of a good night was. It turns out that it involves watching a certain reality TV show. “Staying in and watching Mob Wives on TV. I don’t have many friends; I’m very much a loner. As a child I was very isolated and I’ve never been really close to anyone. Ask nothing, expect nothing. That’s my creed. We’re all just a bunch of sinners crashing around in the darkness,” he said.

“Mob Wives” isn’t the only reality TV show that the critically acclaimed actor enjoys watching. He is also a fan of “American Idol!” “I think it’s a great show because it’s like the American dream, isn’t it? These kids can get up there and do what they want and I think it’s fantastic,” he told Jimmy Kimmel.

1. Eddie Redmayne

Eddie Redmayne is another movie star who likes to watch reality TV. During an interview with Jennifer Lawrence for Interview magazine, he opened up about his closeted love of “The Real Housewives.” Unlike some fans of the show, he has a lot of questions about what is real and what is staged.

“I come home from trying to pretend to know about astronomy and physics all day and turn on The Real Housewives. I know. I’ve been a closet lover of faux-reality TV since The Hills. It’s bad. I can’t believe the intricacies of their lives. I want to know how much of it’s a sham, how much of it is directed. [T]hen you see the helicopter shots in these shows that are substantially more expensive than anything in Theory of Everything, and you’re like, ‘How?’ I’m also a complete sucker for the soundtracks, the teeny pop music,” he said.
