Adam Levine Marries Supermodel Behati Prinsloo
Published on July 21, 2014. Updated July 23, 2014(LOS ANGELES) — It’s official — Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are married.
The rocker tied the knot with the Victoria’s Secret model on Saturday at Flora Farms in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, according to E! News.
Prinsloo’s bridesmaids included fellow model Coco Rocha, according to E! News. In lieu of gifts, the couple asked that guests donate to Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
They’ll spend their honeymoon in South Africa, reports E! News.
After dating a slew of supermodels before Prinsloo, the Maroon 5 frontman and The Voice coach popped the question last July in Los Angeles.
Earlier this summer, Levine told Live with Kelly and Michael that he got a little “woozy” when he asked Prinsloo to be his wife.
“You can’t be confident about it,” he said. “I’m a confident person, but I got on that knee and everything changed immediately.”
He said he even lost his balance and got down on both knees, not just one.
Prinsloo said “yes” and maybe it was because of the ring Levine picked out for her.
“[The ring is] from the 1930s. It’s vintage and he picked it out,” the model told ABC News last year.
Levine, 35, and Prinsloo, 25, started dating in 2012.
