Megan Fox Says Her Children Weren’t Planned
Published on May 6, 2014. Updated January 7, 2015“The first one wasn’t planned either,” she commented on Monday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, when asked if her younger son was planned. “We can’t let Brian [Austin Green] near me anymore, because every time…”
Fox, 27, married Green in 2010. They welcomed their eldest son, Noah, in 2012. Their younger son, Bodhi, arrived in February. She showed off pictures of both during the interview with Ellen DeGeneres.
The second pregnancy, she said, was not so smooth.
“I got pregnant with Bodhi two weeks into filming Ninja Turtles, which is an action movie and requires a lot of running and jumping and stunts…[and] anybody who’s been pregnant knows your first trimester can be pretty rough and you’re nauseous all day long,” she said.
“So I spent the whole shoot — basically, the producers would come see me in the morning in the makeup trailer and I’d be clinging to a box of Saltines and we kept pickles in the refrigerator for me and I was just constantly on the verge of vomiting,” Fox said.
Fox plays the Ninja Turtles’ human friend, April O’Neil. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles opens Aug. 8.
