(NEW YORK) —  Shia LaBeouf has found himself in trouble again.

The former Transformers star was led out of the Broadway show Cabaret in handcuffs Thursday night, a source told ABC News.

LaBeouf, 28, was smoking inside the theater and engaging in other disruptive behavior, according to the source.

LaBeouf was arrested and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespass. An additional count of harassment was later added, police said.

He was reportedly asked to leave the theater and refused. He then allegedly used obscene language before threatening the officer and patrons on the sidewalk.

Inside the precinct, LaBeouf was ranting and rambling incoherently, police said, threatening the officers and using offensive language. He remained handcuffed until being fingerprinted.

LaBeouf was wearing a blue T-shirt with a rip on the right shoulder. He also exhibited an unpleasant body odor, police told ABC News.

A representative for LaBeouf has not returned a request for comment.

It’s just the latest problem for the actor.

In January, he was videotaped reportedly headbutting a man during a bar fight in London.

LaBeouf was also recently accused of plagiarizing a graphic novel by Daniel Clowes for his short film, HowardCantour.com. He later apologized.
