Can we talk about how Taylor Swift looked nothing like her usual self at the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 6?

Well, the 24-year-old songstress looked gorgeous as always, but the move away from girlie dresses in favor of a very sexy white crop top and floor-length black skirt with a thigh-high slit by J. Mendel is not something we’re used to seeing on Swift. Of course, the “I Knew You We’re Trouble” singer has been steadily embracing a more mature wardrobe with every award show — and we have to say this is her best outfit yet.

And while Swift also uncharacteristically failed to take home any of the five awards she was nominated for, we think she cleaned up in terms of red carpet honors.
