Before Marvel and DC embarked on their takeover of the the big and small screens with continuous superhero films and shows, there was Smallville, the story of Clark Kent’s teenage life. Starring Tom Welling, the series was an immediate hit and went on a very successful 10 season from 2001 to 2011.
