Kim Kardashian is surprisingly low maintenance when it comes to her hair. She told fans on her website that she only shampoos twice a week! “I only shampoo it twice a week to prevent it from drying out,” she wrote. In November 2015, she told KBeautyHair her tricks for dealing with dirty hair without having to wash it: “I usually wash my hair maybe every 3-5 days and on the third or fourth day I’ll do a slicked-back ponytail. I get my hair super straight first with our ceramic iron.” Sounds like something we need to try!

Jennifer Aniston has some of the best hair in Hollywood and she only shampoos two to three times a week. She told Allure magazine, “I’ll use a little bit of the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Shampoo on my roots on the second day after I’ve shampooed.” Her hair routine is actually surprising simple and only takes 15 minutes! “Yesterday it took me 15 minutes to get up, get my hair done, and go,” she said. “I honestly just blow-dry it with my fingers around my hairline, and then I get the roots set, and then I’ll let the rest of the hair air-dry.”
