Reese Witherspoon is a fitness fanatic! She is an avid runner and runs about three miles a day. She’s also often seen hiking. Witherspoon sculpts with yoga three times a week and takes intense spin classes for toning and muscle building. It looks like it is working! She hasn’t looked this good since her “Legally Blonde” days.

14. Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Seyfried keeps in shape with circuit training, cardio and strength-training. She runs for 30 minutes five days a week and does Pilates on weekends. Seyfried also likes to go on hikes with her Australian shepherd, Finn, and take her friends to fitness classes. This sounds like a more manageable fitness routine to us!

She begins with butterfly crunch or front planks and moves on to knee-ups, leg swings and ball leg lifts to work out the upper part of the body.
