As the temperatures began to rise significantly this past week, celebs took the streets of posh cities like Los Angeles and New York donning their best summer style. Shades of white, feminine ruffles and bold belts were the recurring trends among starlets this week. From Gigi Hadid’s monochrome jumpsuit to Zendaya taking to the red carpet in Rihanna’s Manolo heels, we at Fame10 compiled a list of our 5 standout style moments. Take inspiration from the best-dressed stars and follow the steps they’ve taken to transition their wardrobe into summer:

5. Danai Gurira

Danai Gurira took to the All Eyez on Me premiere in Los Angeles wearing a super sleek Gabriela Hearst gown. The gorgeous yet simple gown hugged her body perfectly and we love how minimal and elegant this style looked on Gurira. The off-white belt mixed with long sleeves and a high leg slit let the star’s natural beauty shine through without the distractions of too much embellishment. She looked super classy and ladylike making this one of the best dressed looks of the week!

4. Dove Cameron

Upcoming American actress Dove Cameron took to the red carpet at the 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards in Toronto wearing a gorgeous floral Vivetta dress. The 21-year old looked feminine in the pale pink dress featuring ruffles on the sleeves and delicate floral detailing. She wore sky-high platform heels and parted her hair in the middle tucked behind her ears. We love how refined and polished this look feels, but it absolutely still highlights the youthfulness of this young Disney actress!

3. Zendaya

Former Disney star Zendaya took to the Spider Man: Homecoming film event donning a silk Jonathon Simkahi periwinkle midi dress. The dress complemented Zendaya’s slender figure and highlighted her long legs with the layered slits and ruffles along the skirt. The star of this outfit, however, were the Manolo heels that Rihanna let the young star borrow! The sparkling blue heels matched her outfit flawlessly and Zendaya even acknowledged Rihanna’s gesture in a tweet saying, “I told my mutha Ri I would slay in her Manolo pumps one day, I’ve been preparing for this day, I would never let her down.”

2. Gigi Hadid

As always, Gigi Hadid took the streets of New York clad in her iconic street style that has allowed her to make a name for herself in the casual fashion category. The star wore a matching monochrome set in head to toe mint. This pastel fashion decision may seem bold, but this star has proven time and time again that she can pull off absolutely anything. The bow detailing on her waist breaks up the single colour palette and highlights her tiny waist and long legs flawlessly. The white handbag and pointed toe shoes keep the look light and refreshing for summer.

1. Cara Delevingne

Of all our favourite fashion moments for the week, Cara Delevingne’s Burberry dress choice for the Save the Elephants dinner in London, England, was the most memorable. The jewel-toned tulle dress featured a sheer, ruffled skirt that was sultry yet not overly revealing. The romantic ruffle bodice contrasted against the black studded belt and lace up heels definitely rang true to this starlet’s bold personality and sense of style. The unique turquoise colour of this dress is one we don’t often see on the red carpet, but it complemented Cara’s complexion and baby blue eyes perfectly!
