Tracy Anderson, personal trainer to the stars, is arguably one of Hollywood’s most famous personal trainers. Anderson claims that she can change a woman’s God given shape – but you have to be willing to work out six days a week for an hour a day for the rest of your life! While that might be a turn off for many people, celebrities swear by it and Anderson has become Hollywood’s most successful personal trainer as a result. Here are 9 stars who train with Tracy Anderson!

9. Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow has been using Tracy Anderson’s services since 2006 and it has really worked for her – she looks amazing! In spite of how critical Anderson can be, Paltrow was satisfied from the beginning. Paltrow “had 35 extra pounds on her. Her butt was long and she had outer thigh problems. Gwyneth is lucky because she’s really tall, so she can hide it really well in clothes, but she had significant problem areas,” Anderson has said. We cannot imagine Paltrow looking any bit less than perfect, so this is news to us!

8. Madonna

Madonna was one of Tracy Anderson’s clients for about three years but, in 2009, they parted ways. While Madonna was training with Anderson, she received a lot of criticism for her over chiseled appearance, which may be the reason for the split. Anderson denies that though. “I reversed the years Madonna spent getting bulky and made her more feminine, but I think she’s going back the other way now. You just have to look at any of the other women I work with and you can see that’s not what my method produces.” Ouch!

7. Molly Sims

Molly Sims credits Tracy Anderson with getting her into the best shape of her life. “I’ve been working out with Tracy Anderson for over three years now and this woman has completely transformed my body. Before I met her I felt like I had hit a workout plateau, but she whipped me into the best shape of my life and the sweating hasn’t stopped since,” Sims said. Considering this woman used to be a supermodel, it is hard to imagine her in anything less than amazing shape…

6. Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz, a close friend of Gwyneth Paltrow, has also converted to the Tracy Anderson’s 30 Day Method and she couldn’t be happier with her body. “The more I work on my body at this age, the better it gets,” adds Diaz. “I feel so much more attractive now. A thousand percent. I’m appreciating my skin and my wrinkles and all those things.” Diaz always looks great but, if she says it only gets better with age, then that’s awesome cause it gives all us something to look forward to!

5. Kim Kardashian

While Kim Kardashian was pregnant with her daughter North West, she began working out with Tracy Anderson. “Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape! She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby. It’s really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I’m really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on,” Kardashian wrote on her blog. Considering how quickly she lost the baby weight, whatever Kim is doing seems to be working!

4. Courteney Cox

In an interview with New Beauty magazine, Courteney Cox mentioned that she uses the Tracy Anderson Method four times a week to stay in shape. “The Tracey Anderson Method is two parts: dance aerobics and toning. The whole process is about working your accessory muscles, not just your major muscle groups that get worked all the time. You never stay in one constant motion so you don’t get bulky in one particular area. I was turned onto it in July, and I’ve seen a big change in my body,” Cox said. We want whatever you are doing cause it obviously works! Cox is 49 and she looks at least ten years younger!

3. Jennifer Lopez

Tracy Anderson has been working with Jennifer Lopez since the birth of her twins, Max and Emme and she has designed workouts to keep Lopez’s sexy butt toned! “She needs to get her exercise in one hour each day,” Anderson said. “30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of muscular structure.” To keep her rock hard body, Lopez can’t go two days without a workout!

Nicole Richie currently trains with Tracy Anderson and she has nothing but praise for Anderson and her services. “For the past few months I’ve been working with Tracy Anderson and as much as I like staying fit, going to the gym is something I struggle with … Tracy was able to tailor something for my body type, targeting my problem areas while still making sure I keep my curves.” Sounds like a strong endorsement to us!

She does dance aerobics too – all my clients have to! But Shakira, she’s tough. She’s like me, she loves to eat.
