Ruffles, floral prints and sheer layers seem to be the recurring fashion trends among celebrity style icons this week. With summer starting to heat up and June appropriate colours making their way into celebrity wardrobes, we’ve seen many fashion wins in Hollywood that have set the path for popular trends to come this summer. From red lace to navy florals and ivory slip dresses, the stars have made our jaws drop and have inspired us to rush to the mall to replenish our summer wardrobes this season. Read below for Fame10’s top 5 best dressed celebs of the week:

5. Emma Watson

The ever graceful and charming Emma Watson stepped out for a photo call at the Bristol Hotel in Paris, France, donning a gorgeous floral print maxi dress. The shape of this dress is super flatting on Watson and the romantic ruffles around the skirt add a light summer touch to an otherwise quite dark print. The sheer quality at the top of the dress looks edgy paired on top of a white under piece and adds an unexpected twist onto this ultra feminine design. Her simple pointed toe pumps create a look of sophistication, a style Watson has become known for!

4. Vanessa Hudgens

Former High School Musical Star Vanessa Hudgens made a name for herself in the tween movie category, but over the years has transformed herself into the style icon we know her as today. Hudgens appeared at the ‘alice + olivia’ launch in New York donning a sleek white slip dress that flattered her curves flawlessly. To top off the look, Hudgens wore a lime green kimono that paired impeccably well with the citrus setting of the event. Her nude strappy sandals coordinated perfectly with her simple clutch, and her over-sized sunglasses added the glam factor that pulled the entire look together.

3. Olivia Culpo

Former Miss Universe star Olivia Culpo consistently wows in the fashion category, but especially when she stepped out in this red and black ruffled ensemble at the amFAR generationCURE Solstice in New York! This model is always taking fashion risks and this outfit was definitely one of them. Although this top seems difficult to pull off because of the ruffles, puffed shoulders and sheer quality, Culpo does so flawlessly. The ruby red color compliments her olive complexion and contrasts well with the black ruffled skirt. This outfit might be overwhelming for some, but Culpo rocks the extravagant look by pulling all her hair back, rocking a scarlet red pout and letting the bold outfit speak for itself.

2. Victoria Justice

Victoria Justice turned heads in this knee-length floral print gown at the amFAR generationCURE Solstice in New York as well! The full skirt and cinched waist highlights her petite figure and looks super sophisticated and polished. The pink embroidery layered over the sheer navy base is such an unexpected color combo, but on Justice it works so well! Although the dress is quite girly, we love how the white slip is visible underneath the gown and adds an unanticipated sultry quality. Her hair was slicked back in a sleek bun and her pink pout really made the intricate floral print pop.

1. Kate Middleton

The queen of elegant and polished looks, Kate Middleton, stepped out at day one of the Cambridge Royal Ascot donning an ivory lace gown reminiscent of her wedding day look. She channeled an Audrey Hepburn-like elegance and even made the extravagant top hat look like the next must-have accessory. Her hair is pulled back into a refined chignon bun and the pearl earrings pair perfectly with the white lace and decals on the hat. Although Kate always looks stunning, this summery lace gown definitely is one of her most polished looks to date!
