27. Hit: Cardi B

Cardi B seemed to have two different outfits for the Grammys this year but our favorite of the two was this silver embellished look. The dress was classy yet still glam with the glitter piping and dramatic cape. We also love that she paired this look with a purple smokey eye which was unexpected but complemented the dress surprisingly well.

26. Miss: Tanya Tucker

Tanya Tucker went the experimental route with her 2020 Grammys outfit this year. The star opted for a black matching set which featured a frilly collar. She paired the set with a pussy-bow blouse and a bold gemstone belt which in all honestly didn’t flow together that well.

25. Hit: Camila Cabello

Camila Cabello opted for a bold black tulle dress at the 2020 Grammys this year. We love the combination of the black sparkling minidress paired with a full tulle skirt which made a statement without being too over the top.

24. Miss: FKA Twigs

FKA Twigs wore an interesting black and pink ensemble for the 2020 Grammys this year. We have to admit we didn’t find this look the most flattering with the voluminous skirt, sheer embroidery on the sleeves and neckline, and oversized sleeve detailing.

23. Hit: Ella Mai

Ella Mai stunned in this crisp red dress at the 2020 Grammys. We love the unique scoop-style neckline and the bold layering of fabric on the hip which added a little drama to the elegant dress.

22. Miss: Little Big Town

Little Big Town missed the mark with their fashion at the 2020 Grammys this year. It’s important for groups to try to coordinate their ensembles to make for a winning red carpet moment, but Little Big Town failed to do so. We wish they all would have stayed within the same color scheme so it wasn’t as overwhelming when they posed together on the red carpet.

21. Hit: Danielle Jonas

Kevin Jonas’ wife Danielle Jonas looked angelic at the 2020 Grammys wearing this silver sparkling gown. We love the flattering shape of this dress and all the glittering piping throughout which added something totally different than the other looks on the red carpet.

20. Miss: Cyndi Lauper

Cyndi Lauper opted for a black two-piece set at the 2020 Grammys that simply was a little dull. We would have loved to see her experiment a little more with her fashion since the Grammys is definitely the awards show to do so. We also weren’t the biggest fans of her hairstyle which felt a little too bedhead-like for a red carpet.

19. Hit: Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum dazzled at the 2020 Grammys where she stepped out wearing this champagne-colored embellished gown. We love the shape of this dress and the intricate beading which really made it a creation we couldn’t keep our eyes off of.

18. Miss: Rosalia

Rosalia missed the mark with her red leather look for the Grammy Awards this year. The dress didn’t seem to fit her properly and bunched and wrinkled in all the wrong places. We also have to admit that leather and fringe isn’t the most flattering combination, especially for an awards show.

17. Hit: Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani opted for a beaded minidress that we thought looked so perfect on her at the 2020 Grammys. The poofed-out skirt and beaded embellishment were unlike any other look on the red carpet and the knee-high boots added a fun extra detail.

16. Miss: Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra Ambrosio is a total bombshell, but we, unfortunately, didn’t love her look for the Grammys this year. The black half of the dress seemed to drape in an unflattering way and lacked any shape.

15. Hit: Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa channeled the ’90s with this sleek white slip-style skirt she wore to the 2020 Grammys. The look was chic, elegant and nostalgic, especially with the twisted bun hairstyle that was a huge trend in the ’90s.

14. Miss: Billie Eilish

While Billie Eilish may have swept the Grammys last night when it came to awards, we can’t say the same about her fashion. By this point, we can definitely expect that Eilish won’t step out in an elegant dress of any sort which is simply her style, but we at least wish she had shown her face instead of covering it with a mask and sunglasses.

13. Hit: JoJo

JoJo looked stunning at the 2020 Grammys wearing this glittering charcoal-colored dress. It was quite simple in comparison to some of the other dresses of the evening, which is why it was a nice breath of fresh air with its clean elegance.

12. Miss: Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen made a statement at the 2020 Grammys in this orange sculptural dress but we’re not sure we were the biggest fans. While we love this shade of muted orange against Teigen’s warm skin tone, the bold sleeves seemed a little over the top for the Grammys and might have felt more suitable for the experimental Met Gala.

11. Hit: Jameela Jamil

Jameela Jamil wore a bold cobalt blue look for the Grammys this year that featured a sheer detail on the skirt and unique panel embellishment. This look was the perfect balance of experimental and elegant.

10. Miss: Bebe Rexha

Bebe Rexha went the tuxedo route with her look for the 2020 Grammys which was layered with a sheer beaded turtleneck and cuffs on the sleeve. While we actually think this blazer set looks really sophisticated on her, we wish she had skipped on the beaded layers which detracted from the elegance of the look.

9. Hit: Demi Lovato

Demi Lovato made a poignant performance at the 2020 Grammys where she debuted her new song “Anyone.” For the occasion, the star wore a glamorous full-skirted white dress with a plunging neckline and long sleeves that looked stunning on her.

8. Miss: H.E.R

H.E.R wore an abstract gown for the 2020 Grammys that had all eyes on her, but we’re not sure it was for the right reasons. The gown had dramatic animal prints all over it and was cinched in at the waist by a thick gold belt. The look simply had too much going on at once.

7. Hit: Maggie Rogers

Maggie Rogers dazzled in this vintage Chanel number she wore to the 2020 Grammys. We love the gold foil stars which felt perfectly suited to the Grammys, but the classic shape of this dress made it appear timeless and chic.

6. Miss: Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra is typically one of the best-dressed stars at every awards show, which is why we were slightly disappointed with her look for the 2020 Grammys. The combination of the super low neckline and the dramatic fringe didn’t make for a flattering combination.

5. Hit: Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys was such a poised host at the 2020 Grammys and her ensemble definitely did not disappoint. We love this one-shouldered silver dress she wore which was the perfect combination of glitz and class.

4. Miss: Sophie Turner

Actress Sophie Turner accompanied Joe Jonas at the 2020 Grammys but we have to admit we weren’t the biggest fans of her outfit. The ruffled miniskirt and sequined bodice felt like an odd combination that didn’t flow together.

Press Association

3. Hit: Lizzo

Lizzo channeled old Hollywood glam with her look for this year’s 2020 Grammys! We love the glittering piping on her dress and the fur wrap made this look feel so luxurious and fab.

2. Miss: Shania Twain

Shania Twain opted for a black tulle look for the 2020 Grammys that we admittedly weren’t the biggest fans of. The look featured a ruffled neckline, polka dot pattern and floating tulle which all felt like a little much when paired together.

1. Hit: Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande stole the show with her smokey grey Cinderella-inspired look at this year’s 2020 Grammys. While this look is obviously quite bold, it worked for the Grammys since it’s more of an experimental red carpet. The smokey blue tones looked lovely on her complexion and the whole look felt glam and dramatic.
