The annual iHeartRadio Music Awards were last night and the red carpet was flooded with electric, playful fashion. From swoon-worthy rainbow rompers to questionable cheetah dresses, follow along as we round up all the best and worst looks from the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards:

14. Worst: Ella Mai

Ella Mai might have won in the award department at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, but we, unfortunately, can’t say the same for her fashion. The star opted for a matching white jacket and pant combo that simply felt far too casual for a red carpet, even one as laidback as the iHeartRadio Awards!

13. Best: Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Scherzinger stepped out at the iHeartRadio Music awards wearing a sleek white dress that fit her like a glove. We absolutely love the glittery texture of this dress and how elevated the structured sleeves make it look.

12. Worst: Lele Pons

American-Venezuelan actress Lele Pons opted for black shorts and a blazer ensemble for this year’s 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards. While we typically love a good edgy suit on the red carpet, this jacket didn’t seem to fit her properly and buckled in all the wrong places.

11. Best: John Legend

John Legend attended the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards wearing a lilac suit that was a refreshing breath of fresh air among the sea of men in black suits. We love that Legend isn’t afraid to rock a stereotypically feminine color, and looks absolutely killer doing it!

10. Worst: Halsey

Halsey stepped out at the 2019 iHeartRadio Awards wearing her own take on tuxedo dressing. The look consisted of a white shirt which cinched at the waist and a pair of skinny trousers. Unfortunately, we have to admit we weren’t huge fans of the shirt since it seemed to fit her awkwardly and buckled in strange places.

9. Best: Maren Morris

Country star Maren Morris stepped out at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards wearing a geometric rainbow gown that was super playful and unique! We love the sparkling minidress for a laidback red carpet like the iHeartRadio Music Awards and the ruffle along the chest added a drama factor.

8. Worst: Bebe Rexha

Bebe Rexha stepped out at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards wearing a black suit that we actually weren’t fans of! It flattered her feminine curves with a tie around the waist and plunging neckline, but unfortunately, the strange top hat really detracted from the look, especially with the tie that dangled from below her chin.

7. Best: Kacey Musgraves

Kacey Musgraves stepped out at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards wearing an eccentric emerald mini dress with oversized ruffles along the skirt. This look was obviously quite bold and unique, but we loved it! It was the perfect fun, funky dress for the iHeartRadio Awards.

6. Worst: Katy Perry

We were quite puzzled by this ’50s-inspired look that Katy Perry wore on the iHeartRadio red carpet this year. We realize by now that Katy Perry is quite experimental when it comes to fashion, but this look with the old school checkered print and socks-and-shoes combo just felt quite bizarre.

5. Best: Madison Beer

Madison Beer was a vision in white at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in this sultry pleated number. The look was feminine, but the hint of leg peeking from below the thigh-high slit really brought the red carpet drama factor.

4. Worst: Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum shocked everyone when she stepped out at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards wearing this bold cheetah look. While we aren’t completely opposed to cheetah, the shape of this dress in combination with the statement-making pattern just felt like too much.

3. Best: Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift made a rare appearance at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music awards wearing an electric rainbow romper that had all eyes on her! Swift has been infamously private for the last year so seeing her step out looking happier than ever in this beautiful iridescent romper was such a treat.

2. Worst: Poppy

We were straight up puzzled by this yellow skull look that US singer Poppy opted for at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. From the ruffles to the bold yellow color to obscure skull in flames, this look was simply too overwhelming and strange for our taste.

1. Best: Elle Fanning

Of all the looks from the iHeartRadio Music Awards, we have to give the most kudos to Elle Fanning for this gorgeous peach sparkling gown. It had the perfect amount of sultriness with the cutouts on the bodice, but was still elegant and feminine with the chiffon skirt and silver metallic embellishment.
