ABC will be hosting a one-hour news special on Sunday night to honor Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek.

Alex Trebek, Remembered: A 20/20 Special will be hosted by ABC News’ Chris Connelly. Trebek, who was battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer, passed peacefully at his home early Sunday morning at the age of 80.

The ABC one-hour special will outline some of Trebek’s greatest accomplishments and show some of his candid interview moments. The special will include Robin Roberts’ interview with Trebek when he first revealed his diagnosis to the world and decided to use his voice to bring awareness to symptoms of the illness. It will also feature rare footage from the early days of his career and a behind-the-scenes look at Jeopardy! through his eyes.

Trebek sat down with Good Morning America co-anchor Michael Strahan and T.J. Holmes earlier this year and spoke openly about living with cancer and what he’s learned. He talked about what he wanted the last days of his life to look like and how grateful he was that he had a chance to see all the love his viewers held for him as he confronted cancer.

Alex Trebek, Remembered: A 20/20 Special will air Sunday, Nov. 8 at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
