As Audrina Patridge gets ready for her return to The Hills in the revival series The Hills: New Beginnings, it looks like her ex-husband is making things a little more difficult.
Reports indicate that Corey Bohan has riled a court order trying to prevent their 2-year-old daughter Kirra from appearing on the revival with her mother. Per the documents, Bohan requested an “Order restraining either party from allowing the minor child to be filed or to appear on any reality television production without the express written consent of the other parent.”
He also asked that Patridge “revoke any prior consent she may have provided for the child to appear on The Hills reboot.”
Bohan added, “I do not believe it is in Kirra’s best interests to appear on reality TV as the effects of being in the public spotlight could be extremely damaging to such a young child.”
Bohan and Patridge initially began dating back in 2008 and were engaged on November 20, 2015. On June 24, 2016 they welcomed their daughter Kirra before marrying later that year on November 5. The pair were only married for 10 months before Patridge filed for divorce in September 2017 and things quickly turned messy as she filed a temporary restraining order and accused Bohan of domestic violence.
Now, Patridge is looking to rebound from her difficult year with The Hills revival which will reunite her with former stars Heidi and Spencer Pratt, Whitney Port, Brody Jenner and her ex Justin Bobby as well as others.
It was also confirmed on October 3, 2018 that none other than Mischa Barton was joining The Hills: New Beginnings. The secret’s out… I’m joining the cast of The Hills. When MTV approached me with the chance to be a part of the reality show that was inspired by The OC, it felt like the perfect opportunity for an irresistibly inviting new chapter,” Barton confirmed on Instagram.
The show is expected to air in 2019.
