Bethenny Frankel is returning to Real Housewives of New York!
Bethenny, 43, was one of the original cast members when the reality show premiered on Bravo in 2008 and left the show after season 3. Since then, she’s remained in the spotlight by founding Skinnygirl cocktails, becoming a mom, writing a book and hosting her own talk show.
“I’m genuinely excited, with a side of slightly nervous, for my return to The Real Housewives of New York City,” Bethenny said in a statement from the network. “Bravo has always been the place on television where I have the freedom to be unfiltered, honest and inappropriate, with an audience who has been with me from the beginning. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings for all of us. Watch what happens!”
Executive producer Andy Cohen is also thrilled that Bethenny’s coming back to the show. “Bethenny is one of the most popular Housewives in the history of the franchise, and I couldn’t be more excited she is coming home to Bravo!” he said.
The only other original cast members still on the show are LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer.
