At the end of June it will have been five months since Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, was found unresponsive and facedown in a filled bathtub inside her Atlanta, Georgia home.

In the months that have passed, both the Browns and the Houstons have given different updates about her condition, making it hard to determine if she is in fact recovering; however, today her aunt Pat Houston revealed things were not improving and they made the decision to put her in hospice care.

“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now,” Pat Houston said in a statement on Wednesday June, 24.

Although there seemed to be hope for Bobbi Kristina’s condition after her father announced during a concert that she was “awake” and “watching him,” other family members were quick to dash those reports with her grandmother Cissy Houston stating she was “not progressing at all.”

Just last Friday, Bobby issued a statement, which read, “I am making decisions with Pat Houston and we are working together for the medical care of my daughter. I do not have time for the frequent side shows that others choose to engage in almost on a daily basis. Right now we are focused on Bobbi Kristina’s medical prognosis and the criminal investigation. These are the priorities for us. Whoever had a hand in causing my daughter’s injuries needs to be brought to justice.”
