It seems after more than a week of divorce negotiations and multiple stories about their split in the media, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have agreed to a temporary deal in their divorce.

According to reports from TMZ, the temporary custody deal was made with the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services and there are strict rules that needed to be adhered to. The DCFS made it very clear that the famous pair can either try to work it out or go through a grueling court battle, so they both decided to go the easier route.

As per the terms of the temporary deal, Jolie will have full physical custody of all six children. Meanwhile Brad will get visitations, but they come with stipulations. The very first visit will have to be with a therapist present who then has the power to decide whether Pitt can then have unmonitored visits or insist that a therapist remain present for all following visits.

As well, the actor can be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing as part of Jolie’s argument in filing was that Pitt has issues with drinking and smoking weed, but sources indicate that his first test was negative for both drugs and alcohol.

The deal is set to last for three weeks during which both Pitt and Jolie will be submitted to individual counseling and will undergo family counseling with the kids.
