Brad Pitt And Kids Attend Unbroken Premiere

Angelina Jolie revealed the unfortunate news on Friday December 12 that she will not be able to attend any upcoming events for her newest directorial effort, Unbroken, in the near future as she has come down with the chickenpox.

Even though she is devastated by the horrible timing of her illness she conceded, “such is life” and luckily has a great supportive husband in actor Brad Pitt as well as their six children.

While Pitt took on the feat of representing his renowned wife at an event on Sunday December 14 alone, he decided to increase the support by having three of his and Jolie’s children make a rare red carpet appearance at Unbroken’s Los Angeles premiere on Monday December 15, along with Pitt’s parents William and Jane.

Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, 8, all accompanied their famous father and made their parents very proud as all three were dressed up in suits with ties, even Shiloh who is known for dismissing “girly” things and being more like her brothers.

Jolie may have been disappointed she couldn’t attend but everyone was just as thrilled with the appearance of the kids and Pitt commented on her absence, “Her spirits are high. A little spotted and a little itchy, but her spirit are high,” he told E! News.

While the kids did their mother proud on the red carpet, looking dapper and posing for photos, they were escorted out of the theatre after the producer made a speech about Jolie and the film as the R-rated film is still a little too mature for them.

Although the kids also attended the premiere of Jolie’s film Maleficent with their parents, Jolie and Pitt quickly recalled the pictures after they were released, trying to keep their children out of the spotlight as much as possible, but this time we get a rare glimpse at some of the Jolie-Pitt clan.
