Brad Pitt Is Seeking Joint Physical Custody In Divorce Filing

Brad Pitt filed his response to Angelina Jolie’s divorce filing on November 4, 2016 and is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their six kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. He has listed the date of separation as September 15.

Jolie filed for divorce on September 19 and requested sole physical custody with visitation rights for Pitt.

“They are still working on issues that they can’t agree on. It seems their issues still involve the kids,” a family source told People magazine. “Brad and Angie haven’t had any contact, and it’s all being worked out via their teams. It’s just a sad situation.”
