Brantley Gilbert Makes Huge Donation To Toys For Tots

Country star Brantley Gilbert is channeling his inner Santa Clause this holiday season after making an unprecedented donation to Toys for Tots in order to help children in need.

Gilbert along with Bendon, Inc. teamed up in order to donate a whopping $10.5 million to help Toys for Tots not only for Christmas but well into the new year to make sure children are taken care of.

“Growing up in rural Georgia, I know that sometimes Christmas isn’t a time of joy for some kids and our contribution might be all they receive this year so I really wanted our donation to matter,” Gilbert said of the heart-warming donation. “I’m honored the folks and Brendon understood why I wanted to work with them and Toys for Tots. Brendon’s books have some pretty cool heroes and lessons for all ages like Batman, Superman and Clifford the Big Red Dog to Disney, Peanuts and some of my favorites, Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn. Whether a kid is into Barbie or Star Wars, I hope we’ve gibe a bit of fun and inspiration.”

As to be expected, the donation is record-breaking for the organization; they have never received a single donation this big before. “They tell me this is one of the largest donations Toys for Tots has ever received. Ben and his team realize the impact we could make in these kids’ lives. It’s a privilege to make this contribution together,” Gilbert added.
