Buffy Star Nicholas Brendon Arrested After Trashing Hotel Room

Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Nicholas Brendon has definitely seen better days as earlier this week he announced he and his wife of less than five months, Moonda Tee, were already separating and now he has been arrested in Florida after destroying a hotel room.

Brendon was in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for Shock Pop Comic-con and was arrested on suspicion of grand theft after trashing the room in a drunken state and skipping out on his bill.

According to the complaint filed the 43-year old Criminal Minds actor refused to pay $450 in damages and almost $380 in charges for drinks and food, although he did have the money to pay for the costs.

This is the second time Brendon has been arrested after a similar incident back in October in Idaho where he blamed his behavior on inappropriately mixing pain medications with alcohol. “I intend to seek appropriate treatment and therapy for my medical ailments as well as my emotional demons,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

This time around, a rep for the actor stated, “Nicholas is, unfortunately, battling a disease that many of us don’t understand. We are working with him to improve upon the situation at hand and look toward the future. He’s sorry for his actions and takes what happened last night very seriously. We will take great care to ensure his safety in the future.”
