The new Ghostbusters film is turning the tables in a ton of ways after it was announced back in January that director Paul Feig is brining back the supernatural fighters with four females as the fearless Ghostbusters.

Hollywood’s standout funnywomen Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones and Katie McKinnon are set to take over the roles made iconic by Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson and of course in a twist on typical stereotypes the women are getting their own very attractive receptionist, played by Annie Potts in the original film, in the form of Chris Hemsworth.

The Australian hunk’s involvement in the flick was confirmed by Feig himself on Wednesday, June 10 when he tweeted a picture of Hemsworth along with the caption, “Our receptionist. #whoyougonnacall.”

Expectations are high for the film because of the love of the first film and cast and because of the high level of quality and comedy we have come to expect from these leading ladies.

“These four ladies I have starring in it are so funny and that’s half the battle,” Feig stated of the project. “I’m going to battle with the best army I have. My whole crew from all my other movies have come aboard, and some great special effects people have come aboard—I have never really done this level of effects before—and I’m excited.”

If fans weren’t excited enough for this new take on Ghostbusters, the addition of Chris Hemsworth just raised the bar for the film due out July 22, 2016.
