Cody Simpson’s Sister Denies He And Miley Cyrus Split Amid Breakup Rumors

On Sunday, December 22, Cody Simpon’s sister, Alli, confirmed that he and Miley Cyrus are still dating despite the breakup rumors about their relationship. Alli, who spoke to Daily Mail Australia about the rumors, said, “Yes, [they’re] together for sure.”
Fans of the pair suspected that the pair had broken up when Simpson was spotted with Playboy magazine’s December 2019 Playmate Jordy Murray. However, Alli insists that her brother and Murray are just friends. “She is his best friend, [actor] Ryan McCarthy’s girlfriend of a few years,” she said. “He’s visiting him for a couple days.”
Right after their outing, Cyrus shared a link to her new holiday track “Sad Christmas Song,” which further incited split rumors.
“A sad Christmas song I wrote a few years back right before the holidays,” Cyrus wrote on Instagram. “Was feeling like s–t cause I couldn’t be with the one I loved. Even with a house full of family and friends I still felt alone. In ways that still feels relevant and someone reading this right now could possibly relate!”
“If you feel lonely this season just know YOU ARE COMPLETELY MADE OF MAGIC!” she added. “You are as special as a snowflake, beautifully unique and I hope inside your soul feels light, hope, peace, and joy knowing how singularly amazing YOU are! Love always wins!”
Cyrus and Simpson began dating in October, shortly after she ended her quick fling with Kaitlynn Carter and separation from Liam Hemsworth. After that, the couple has been sharing their love for each other all over social media, but have recently kept their relationship offline in recent weeks.
