The little brother of Paris Hilton is following in his big sister’s footsteps by acting like an entitled brat, and now he’s paying for it.

Conrad Hilton, 21, was charged on Tuesday February 3 following a complete meltdown during a 10-hour flight from London to Los Angeles in July 2014 during which he yelled obscenities including calling everyone on the flight “f–king peasants” and telling the flight crew, “I’m going to f–king kill you.”

Now reports indicate that Hilton has agreed to plead guilty to simple assault following his actions which also included grabbing one of the flight attendants while issuing his threats.

Hilton’s arraignment is scheduled for Thursday March 5 but the plea will be entered on a later date for the misdemeanor charge which carries a penalty of up to six months in jail, a year of probation and a $5,000 fine but Hilton’s lawyers are expected to ask the judge for only probation.

Hilton’s lawyer Robert Shapiro stated that his client’s actions could be due to “the effects of a sleeping pill” he took prior to the flight which he reportedly mixed with marijuana has many claim he was smoking weed in the plane’s bathroom.

Immediately after stepping off the flight Hilton checked himself into rehab and after the charge was released on a $100,000 bail under the condition that he surrender his passport and continue mental health treatment.
