The two stars of the Travel Channel’s paranormal series Ghost Adventures, Mark and Debby Constantino, were found dead on Tuesday, Sept. 22 in what appears to be an apparent murder-suicide, multiple outlets are reporting.

According to police, the bodies were found after a woman contacted authorities stating she found one of her roommates, an unidentified man, dead and her other roommate, Debby Constantino, was missing.

Officers were then able to trace a cell phone to a Nevada apartment complex where shots were fired at them as they approached, and during negotiations it was discovered the shooter was in fact Debby’s estranged husband Mark Constantino and he told police, “Give me 15 minutes to gather my thoughts or I’ll kill her.” After unsuccessful negotiations, police forced their way into the apartment where they found both Mark and Debby dead.

According to reports, there was a history off domestic violence between the couple, who frequently appeared on the paranormal series, and just this past August Mark Constantino was charged with kidnapping, domestic violence, battery by strangulation and domestic battery.
