Heidi Klum Goes Makeup-Free In Dramatic Transformation

The 41 year-old supermodel mom shared a makeup-free photo of herself on Instagram before showing off big transformation involving dramatic makeup and teased-out hair.
In the first snap, which Heidi simply captioned “Before,” the Project Runway host’s hair was wet and slicked back as she prepared for her photo shoot. You might even say she looks severe — but of course, her skin looks completely flawless.
But in the second photo, which she captioned “After,” she looks glamorous and otherworldly with makeup contouring her cheekbones and highlighting her eyes. Plus, her blonde tresses take up nearly the whole photo. Check out the video to see what you think of Heidi’s shocking transformation!
Instagram has been a source of joy for Heidi, who has four children and stays svelte with regular workouts on the treadmill. “I wish I had Instagram 20 years ago,” she said in an interview earlier this year. “I was just talking to my girlfriend the other day and saying how I would have taken so many great photos then and had a lot of things to post.”
Heidi can be seen on TV late next month when she returns to TV to co-host America’s Got Talent.
