Honey Boo Boo’s Uncle Poodle Wants A Spin-Off Show

Amidst all the drama of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Mama June Shannon dating convicted sex offender, Mark McDaniel, Uncle Poodle has been letting his opinion be known.

After TLC cancelled the show due to June’s relationship with the man who molested her own daughter, Anna, Uncle Poodle and Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson’s father Sugar Bear announced that the cancellation of the show left them with no money.

While TLC stated they would be paid for the unaired season five, Poodle then went on to state that he wants custody of 9-year old Alana to get her away from Mark, until Sugar Bear gets himself settled.

While it seems like a nice gesture, neither Sugar Bear or Mama June seem to think so and the separated couple have been seen on frequent outings together with the children.

With no sign of McDaniel, it seems they are forming a united front and are very angry Poodle would suggest him and his fiancé take custody away from June.

Now Poodle has a new angle and that is to get himself a spin-off show from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo which was its own spin-off from Toddlers and Tiaras.

He says that he would only do the show, in which he and his fiancé would move to New York City, if Alana makes appearances because, “he doesn’t want the girl punished because of her mom’s misdeeds.”

While it is unlikely TLC is interested in any shows involving the family any time soon, the network did state when all of the accusations began that it would continue to ensure the wellbeing of the show’s children and would not abandon them.
