Is Pink Tonight’s Biggest Red Carpet Trend At The 2019 Oscars?

It seems as though a memo went out to all Oscar attendees notifying them to wear pink based on the number of celebrities we saw strut the red carpet wearing various shades of the color!

We’ve seen everything from pink ruffles to pink patterns to pink bows to pink suits. We absolutely love the resurgence of the uber feminine color and the array of variations of the trend. Tonight we saw Kacey Musgraves step out in a frilly tulle bubblegum pink dress, while Gemma Chan stepped out in a deeper magenta tiered number that absolutely turned heads. Helen Mirren twirled her way across the red carpet wearing a multi-tonal pink number, while Angela Bassett wore an oversized pink look with a ruffle on one shoulder. We even saw men, like Jason Momoa rocking the trend!
