Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley is opening up about her split from estranged husband Roger Mathews in a shocking blog post in which she shared a video of what appears to be Mathews shoving her to the floor.
The two then exchanged a number of harsh words before going their separate ways.
In addition to the video, Farley also shared a very lengthy note on her website titled “A Message To Roger” in which she began, “I have spent the last few months trying to protect our children from public humiliation, because as parents, WE ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT THEM,” Farley began in reference to the former couple’s two children: son Greyson and daughter Meilani Alexandra, 4.
“I wanted to handle this out of the spotlight because our silence is their greater good. Even when you tried to disgrace my name, make false accusations and even point-blank lie… I still remained silent as challenging as it was… why? Because, greater good.”
“I can no longer sit idly by while you mistreat and malign me in such an egregious manner,” Farley continued.
“You are an abuser to the core, Roger Mathews…. You have spit at me. You have pushed me. You have shoved me. You have aggressively thrown me to the ground. You have prevented me from closing doors to escape having you coming at me. You have belittled and disparaged me. You have threatened me.”
“Your postings are consumed with inaccuracies, false statements, self-serving comments, outright misrepresentations and blatant lies,” Farley continued.
Farley then referenced an alleged incident in which Mathews allegedly gave Greyson, who is highly allergic to gluten and dairy, pizza.
“When I asked you about the food situation, you chose to berate me instead of acknowledging that Greyson’s health is of paramount concern,” Farley wrote.
“You hurt the children and you hurt me,” Farley continued. “When will it end?”
She went on to also claim that Mathews attempted to team up with her ex-boyfriend to extort money from her. “It is unfathomable to me that because of you proactively contacting an ex-boyfriend of mine to team up against me, he was arrested for trying to extort money from me,” Farley alleged in her statement.
Farley’s entire statement and videos can be seen here.
As previously reported, on Thursday, September 27, it was revealed that Farley had filed for divorce from Mathews on September 12, 2018 citing “irreconcilable differences.”
A few months later it was reported that Farley had been granted a temporary restraining order against Mathews after the pair got into a heated argument.
