Avengers star Jeremy Renner and his estranged wife Sonni Pacheco are making at least some headway in their nasty divorce as it has been reported that the two have come to an agreement concerning the custody of their young daughter Ava.

Pacheco filed for divorce from the actor in December 2014 after only ten months of marriage and in the papers she was demanding primary physical custody of their daughter but joint legal custody, claiming that Renner’s house was unsafe for a child and that he had no interest in spending time with Ava.

In the end the two have settled on custody and child support terms under which the pair will share both physical and legal custody of the 2-year-old and Renner will also have to pay $13,000 a month in child support. Pacheco had to waive her right for spousal support however because the marriage lasted only ten months and there was a prenuptial agreement.

The settlement includes further stipulations in which Renner will have to pay back child support of $21,035 as well as cover any and all of Ava’s health care needs. Due to the animosity between the two parents the filing also states that neither one can “make derogatory or insulting remarks,” about each other or their families in front of Ava and cannot “argue, yell, or use profanity,” when in contact with each other around her.

While Pacheco has thrown her own claims around of Renner being an unfit parent, Renner’s friend and roommate also stepped forward recently with his own stories of Pacheco being an unfit parent. He claimed Pacheco smoked and drank while pregnant and while breastfeeding afterwards, and was only using marriage to Renner as a way to get her U.S. citizenship as she is Canadian.
