Jessica Alba Has Marilyn Monroe Moment In NYC

We’ve all had wardrobe malfunctions when it comes to a bit of wind getting under a short skirt.

Jessica Alba experienced the potentially embarrassing situation in New York recently, channeling the very famous Marilyn Monroe skirt scene from The Seven Year Itch.

The 33 year-old actress looked glamorous in a burgundy skirt, black bustier top and black blazer. She wore her hair down in casual waves and accessorized the look with strappy black heels and a funky oversized clutch.

But when she stepped on a subway grate, Jessica caught a gust of wind that made her skirt billow much higher than intended. She tried to control the situation immediately — check out the video to see what happened!

While Marilyn was amused by the whole wind situation in The Seven Year Itch, Jessica didn’t seem as entertained.

Even if she had a bit of a problem with her skirt, Jessica is committed to fashion and trying out new looks. “Fashion is such a huge part of my life,” she said in an interview with Elle magazine.

She started a company called Honest, devoted to natural products and eco-friendly living. “I think you can love clothes and love shopping and still be true to your ideas about eco-friendly living,” she explained.
