Jimmy Fallon And One Direction Sing Santa Claus is Coming To Town

With Christmas only two days away, everyone is getting in the spirit including Hollywood and what is a better way to spread holiday cheer than singing Christmas carols in Christmas sweaters…with One Direction of course?

On Monday December 22, the hottest boy band in the world One Direction appeared on The Tonight Show with host Jimmy Fallon where they (along with Jimmy’s band The Roots) performed an amazing rendition of “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.”

To make things as fun as possible, every member was given their own classroom instrument and all showed off their incredible talents by rocking it out, even with less than professional elements.

Fallon led the singing (backed up by his house band) while the One Direction guys took turns singing parts of the catchy tune.

Harry Styles kept the beat with a bass drum, Niall Horan was rocking some instrument shaped like a banana, Zayn Malik had control of the triangle, Liam Payne was on the coconuts and Louis Tomlinson added something extra with a pink tambourine.

While the mashup sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, the results were surprisingly impressive and another great addition to Fallon’s “Classroom Instruments” segments to get everyone ready for Christmas.
