Jon Gosselin Shares First Day Of School Photo With Daughter Hannah
Published on August 27, 2018. Updated May 22, 2019What used to be one big, happy family is more divided than ever when it comes to the Gosselin, and it has never been more evident than with their back-to-school photos.
This year marks twins Mady and Cara’s last year in high school, while the sextuplets begin eighth grade, and it is no secret that they certainly aren’t doing so together.
After Jon Gosselin has shared quite a few photos of himself with his daughter Hannah and none of his other children, he revealed that Hannah has been living with him full-time and now she is going to eighth grade without her other siblings.
Gosselin shared a photo of Hannah on her first day and revealed her school is not the same as the other sextuplets. “Congrats Hannah on your first day of school, proud of you. I admire your bravery starting fresh!!!” he wrote. “I Love you very much and we have worked really hard to get here. Dedication has really paid off.”
“I’m so happy you integrated yourself into the community, you made friends all summer and now you will grow and graduate with them,” he continued. “I’m honored to be your father!!! Love you, Dad.”
Jon Gosselin’s post about Hannah’s first day of school, comes one week after Kate Gosselin shared a photo of six of their other children on their first day of school.“This was yesterday! Feels like school never ended…and they’re already back! #SeniorYear #EighthGrade #ProudMom ” she captioned the smiling photo of Mady and Cara, both 17, and 14-year-old Aaden, Alexis, Leah and Joel.
Aside from Hannah’s absence, Collin is also not in the photo as Kate revealed back in 2016 that he was not living at home and had been placed in a live-in program to help him reach his full potential.
While Kate has not said much about Collin since announcing he wasn’t at home anymore, Jon Gosselin did share a photo of himself with Hannah and Collin celebrating their 14th birthdays. “Glad I could celebrate my son Collin’s 14th birthday with him and his sister!” he captioned a photo of the three with a birthday cake.
