Jon Gosselin Shares Rare Photos Of Some Of His Kids For Their 14th Birthday

Updated May 22, 2019Fans of TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8 and now Kate Plus 8 are well aware that things have been anything but amicable between former couple Jon and Kate Gosselin and for quite some time it wasn’t clear if Jon was spending any time with any of his children: twins Mady and Cara, and sextuplets Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden and Collin.
For the sextuplets’ 14th birthday however, the dad of eight shared some rare photos of his children including son Collin, who Kate Gosselin previously revealed was not living at home but at a treatment center for his special needs.
On Thursday, May 10, the 41-year-old shared a photo of himself with his daughter Hannah, writing, “Happy Birthday Hannah!!! 14 already. Bday breakfast with my daughter before the bus stop!!!”
He then shared a photo of all the sextuplets from when they were younger, writing, “Happy 14th Birthday to Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Joel, Aaden and Collin!!! I can’t believe it’s been this long!!! Whew that when fast!!! Daddy loves you all very much!!!”
On Saturday, May 12 he shared another photo with Hannah along with the caption, “Bday dinner with Hannah. Happy Birthday!!!” For his last post he shared an extremely rare photo of himself with his son Collin and Hannah along with some pizza and cake, and wrote, “Glad I could celebrate my son Collin’s 14th birthday with him and his sister!”
Back in 2016, Kate Gosselin revealed that Collin had been sent away from home to a live-in facility that would “help him reach his full potential.” After the news broke, Jon Gosselin opened up to Us Weekly about Collin’s situation, admitting he wasn’t part of the decision. “I don’t know what’s going on. The whole point is I’m left in the dark. There’s no explanation. It’s disheartening. I don’t ever see Collin, ever. Not off the bus because he doesn’t go to school. Not at the gate because he doesn’t come down. Nothing. I am totally estranged from Collin because of Kate.”
