The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out to surprise a kindergarten class with breakfast!
The royal mom visited the LEYF (London Early Years Foundation) Stockwell Gardens Nursery & Pre-school on the morning of January 29. She arrived in the morning to help the nursery teachers serve breakfast to the children.
Kate has been visiting with many children and parents recently to help promote her new survey aimed at parents, guardians, teachers and nursery staff. ‘The 5 Big Questions on the Under Fives’ survey will ask questions around topics such as nature vs. nurture, health, and happiness. The results will help guide where help is needed for vulnerable children and families. Duchess Kate launched the survey last week during her whirlwind 24-hour UK tour.
During her visit, she said, “It’s great to visit places like this where communities come together to support one another. Last week I launched a UK wide survey on early childhood because I want to hear society’s views about raising the next generation. I’m so happy that over 100,000 people from all across the UK have already completed it, and I can’t wait to see the results.”
For the occasion, Kate stepped out wearing a sleek teal peacoat which she paired with a feminine white blouse, black jeans, and black boots. She wore her hair in a voluminous blowout and her makeup natural and glowing.
