Kate Middleton Has Proved This Style Of Dress Is A Classic

The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton is undeniably one of the most polished and elegant style muses of the last decade. She steps out looking consistently professional and put together without a hair of place! While many would believe the Duchess has access to an endless wardrobe and would never repeat an outfit, this is actually not the case. Kate has proved on multiple occasions that she isn’t afraid to repeat some of her favorite looks, especially if it’s a classic piece.

The Duchess did this most recently in a turquoise Emilia Wickstead number. While the color isn’t neutral or modest, the shape of the dress is with classic pleats and a knee-length hem. The Duchess has had this number in her wardrobe for over four years and it still looks just as trendy and sophisticated as it did the first time she wore it on her royal tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2014. This time around, she teamed the dress with a pair of black suede pumps and skipped out on her traditional clutch bag altogether.
