The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, stepped out this week to attend the annual celebration of the Order of the Garter. This event is one of the oldest orders of knighthood in the U.K.
This event is a crucial one to the relationship history of Kate and Wiliam since it was the first event that Kate was debuted as Wiliam’s girlfriend 11 years ago. She, unfortunately, had to skip out on the event last year while on maternity leave. This year, however, she came back in full swing with a fabulous fashion moment. She opted for a black and white coat by Catherine Walker paired with a Lock & Co. hat. The crisp white look featured a peter pan collar, large ’60s-inspired buttons, and black piping. She accessorized with caged black heels and polished pearl earrings.
