Many have speculated whether the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will have a fourth child, but Kate Middleton is setting the record straight.
It’s clear Kate is a great mother and has a passion for children, so we wouldn’t have been surprised if she wanted another child. She set the record straight, however, that it’s pretty unlikely she and Prince William will have a fourth.
On January 14th, Kate and William visited Bradford to meet with various community leaders. While visiting the Khidmat Centre, Kate chatted with the crowds which included royal fan, 25-year old Josh Macpalce. He excitedly shared with the Duchess that he sent cards congratulating her after each of her three children was born. “I don’t think William wants any more,” Kate told the 25-year-old as they chatted about children.
Many believed that Kate and William would have another child after Kate admitted she was feeling “broody” to have another in February 2019. The moment occurred while the royal couple visited Northern Ireland and Kate couldn’t resist going over to say hello to 5-month-old James Barr.
“He’s gorgeous. It makes me feel broody,” she said to father Alan Barr while greeting baby James and telling him: “You’re a very sweet little boy.”
Alan boldly responded: “Baby number four?” Kate replied with a giggle: “I think William would be a little worried.”
Looks like we won’t see baby number four in the future of Kate and Will anytime soon!
