Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards has accepted a plea deal in the case in which she was arrested for public intoxication and other charges back in April.

Richards has received three years probation and 30 days of community labor, as handed down by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office on Monday, September 14. The deal also requires that the 50-year-old attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and has to stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel where she was arrested.

She was arrested after causing a public disturbance while drunk in The Polo Lounge at the swanky hotel and got into a confrontation with police, resulting in more charges, including resisting arrest and battery of an officer.

Richards admitted to battling alcoholism and checked herself into rehab, but was found in more trouble shortly after when she was arrested on August 2 for allegedly shoplifting at a Target in Los Angeles. At the time, her ailing ex-husband Monty Brinson spoke out about the apparent theft: “I couldn’t imagine Kim stealing or shoplifting anything. She is a giver. I am in complete shock. Guaranteed this must be some kind of mistake, and the facts will come out soon. She was arrested for shoplifting toys in a cart, but this was a clear misunderstanding. This was not alcohol or drug related.”

Richards will not be a part of the next season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
