Meghan Markle Braves The Cold Wearing Winter Whites

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, broke one of the longest-running fashion rules when she stepped out wearing all-white during the winter season this past week.
The Duchess attended a gala theater performance in London on Tuesday with Prince Harry where she wore a winter white ensemble. For years the rule to never wear white after labor day has been diligently followed by many women, but in recent years fashion has definitely shifted more towards an “anything goes” attitude. There really are no rules when it comes to fashion and we love that Meghan Markle has been a trailblazer in the fashion industry by styling outfits her own unique way.
For the event, Meghan wore a shift-style turtleneck maternity dress designed by Calvin Klein which she topped with a white Amanda Wakeley coat. She topped the look with a pair of olive green pumps and a perfectly coordinating olive clutch. For her hair, she pulled it into her signature low bun but shook things up by opting for a deep side part rather than her go-to middle part.
