New Lawsuit In Bobbi Kristina Case Accuses Nick Gordon Of Domestic Abuse And Theft

Only hours after Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt Pat Houston announced that they were moving to Bobbi, 22, to hospice care, a new lawsuit was filed against Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon.

Since Bobbi was found unresponsive nearly five months, her family has not allowed Gordon to visit her in the hospital. They believe that he had something to do with the accident. In the lawsuit filed by Bobbi’s conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove, Gordon is being accused of domestic assault against Bobbi and of withdrawing money from her account.

“Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Hargrove said in a statement via Pat Houston’s lawyer David W. Long-Daniels.

The lawsuit also alleges that Gordon also committed fraud by misrepresenting himself as her husband and that he controlled and limited her interactions with other people. He reportedly would not allow her to make appointments without his approval and answered her cell phone.

On April 14, a restraining order was issued against Gordon for severly abusing Bobbi. He had reportedly punched her in the face, knocked out one of her teeth and had also dragged “her upstairs by her hair.”

The lawsuit also states that that Bobbi Kristina had told a close friend that Gordon “was not the man she thought he was”and had been planning to meet up with that person on January, 31; however, she never made it to that meeting as that was the day she was found facedown in the bathtub with “her mouth swollen and tooth knocked out” and left with “global and irreversible brain damage.”
