Things just got real, y’all.
Not to make light of this sick and sad tragedy, but does it get any worse than Nick Gordon waiting for the optimal payday to share a few lies about what he knows? This is ridiculous.
Nick Gordon has agreed to a formal sit-down with Dr. Phil McGraw, when they’ll discuss all things surrounding Bobbi Kristina. I bet I know who’ll be watching: Bobby Brown. And like most everyone else who will be watching, he’ll likely be muttering under his breath, or yelling at the TV.
Remember when Dr. Phil tried to be a legit TV counselor. Those were the days, weren’t they? He was the no-nonsense man who delivered common sense to fools who were just arrogant and stupid, and gained an entire following because they thought he was some silver-tongued guru with all the answers?
But this is next level for Dr. Phil. He’s going to ask the tough questions. Heck, he might even ask Nick Gordon, “Did you have anything to do with Bobbi Kristina’s injury?” You can imagine that question in Dr. Phil’s voice, can’t you? But he probably won’t. This seems like a ratings bait if ever I’ve seen one.
A few things to consider before this meet-up actually takes place: Will Nick Gordon actually show? He isn’t the most reliable human being on the face of the planet. And if he does show, what could he possibly say? My bet is that they’ll avoid the investigation altogether, and this will be a session of Nick Gordon assailing Bobbi Kristina’s character, touting her as a drug addict who is prone to criminal activity.
And Dr. Phil will look to camera and say, “Due to the nature of this ongoing investigation, there are just certain things we can’t talk about, y’all. We need to let the system run its course. But Nick, tell me about your strained relationship with Bobbi Kristina’s family, and why you’re not allowed at the hospital…”
