Oscars Best Dressed 2015: Top 10 Red Carpet Looks

On Sunday February 22, the entertainment industry enjoyed arguably its biggest night of awards season with the 87th Annual Academy Awards.

While not everyone can win an elusive Oscar, they all arrive on the red carpet dressed to impress and, as everyone knows, the celebrities are judged just as much for their red carpet looks as they are for their film performances. As always some stars outshone the others at arrivals and this year’s most gorgeous looks go to Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Luptia Nyong’o, Jennifer Aniston, and Emma Stone.

Although Reese Witherspoon did not win Best Actress for her performance in Wild, she definitely tops this year’s list of best dressed, looking classically stunning in a custom Tom Ford gown. The silk number was accented with black straps across the top and waist, making the tiny star look taller and showing off her fantastic figure which she pulled together with simple loose hair and classic diamond accessories.

If there was an award for most unbelievable post-baby body it would most definitely go to Scarlett Johansson who welcomed her daughter only five months ago. The Avengers star showed off her superhero figure in an emerald Atelier Versace gown set off by an impressive collar embroidered with Swarovski crystals.

To no one’s surprise, Lupita Nyong’o is once again on the best dressed list proving that her incredible talents cross-over into amazing style. Although she usually dons amazing color in her red carpet looks, this time she chose a classic pearl-white in a custom Calvin Klein Collection gown outfitted in more than 6,000 pearls.

Another consistent entry on the list is Jennifer Aniston, who once again turned heads and made jaws drop. Rocking her classic flawless skin and loose hair, the 46-year old stunned in a nude strapless Atelier Versace, but it was anything but boring with dazzling sparkles and a sheer skirt showing off her toned legs.

Last but certainly not least is Birdman star Emma Stone, who showed off her fun personality with a gold Elie Saab gown. Her classic red carpet updo, bold lips and high slit made Emma Stone as much of a stunner in real life as she is on the big screen.

Of course there were other tons of gorgeous looks gracing the red carpet and honorable mentions for best dressed at the 2015 Oscars go to, Jenna Dewan Tatum, Naomi Watts, Margot Robbie, Sienna Miller and Jennifer Hudson.
