Pitch Perfect 2 Trailer Is Here (WATCH)

The Barden Bellas are aca-back in the much-anticipated sequel to the 2012 hit film Pitch Perfect.

On Thursday November 20, the first official trailer for Pitch Perfect 2 was released on Ellen DeGeneres’ YouTube page.

While the first film focused on Beca, played by Anna Kendrick, finding her place with the singing group, this time the Bellas are looking for ‘”world domination” as they compete in the World Competition that is held only once every four years.

Along with Kendrick, fellow Bellas, “Fat Amy” (Rebel Wilson), Chloe (Brittany Snow), Aubrey (Anna Camp), and Stacie (Alexis Knapp) are all returning.

The sequel also brings back Skylar Austin as Jesse and the film’s director Elizabeth Banks reprises her role as commentator Gail.

Newcomers are Sons of Anarchy’s Katey Sagal and Hailee Steinfeld. A surprising member of one of the male macho groups is none other than Green Bay Packers’ linebacker Clay Matthews who catches the eye of Fat Amy in the clip.

The two minute and thirty second trailer looks very promising with just as much singing action and great comedy as the first as Kendrick and Fat Amy figure out their senior year at Barden University!
