Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is known for his consistently upbeat and motivational social media posts, that is why it came as a shock when he took to Facebook and Instagram to call out “some” of his Fast 8 male co-stars.

In the rant, Johnson said that while his female co-stars are “always amazing,” he said some of his male co-stars are “candy a–es,” and there are some scenes where the anger his character Hobbs is portraying is very real. Of course, everyone wanted to just who he was calling out with stars such as Scott Eastwood, Jason Statham, Tyrese and Vin Diesel all in the film with Johnson, and now TMZ is reporting that Johnson was in fact talking about the franchise’s star, Vin Diesel.

As a result of the former wrestler’s post, the two stars held a secret meeting on the Fast 8 set on Tuesday, August 9 in order to hash things out. According to the site, the two have “butted heads” all through production partly because Diesel is not only the star, but also a producer, and has made decisions Johnson didn’t necessarily agree with. It seems that, after the post, tensions on the set were so high that it was almost impossible to shoot any scenes and since it is the last week of filming the two men decided to talk it out in their secret meeting, but it isn’t clear if they came to any resolve with their feud.

None of the cast members have commented on the rant or any on-set issues.
