Rapper Rick Ross has been arrested for the second time this month. He was first arrested in early June for possession of marijuana, but his newest arrest is much, much more severe than being busted for pot.

According to several reports, early on Wednesday June, 24, the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Ross at his Georgia, Atlanta mansion on intense charges, which include kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

Ross along with one of his bodyguards were taken into custody on the same charges for an incident that TMZ is reporting occurred about two weeks ago.

According to the site, the kidnapping charge is due to the fact that Ross had an argument with a man doing work on his property, previously owned by Evander Holyfield, and refused to let the man leave the house while the assualt charge is due to “pistol-whipping.”

Ross and the other man were reportedly brought into the Fayette County jail without incident or struggle and the Marshals Service are often brought in to deal with high profile and/or dangerous warrants and arrests.

A spokesperson for the Service also stated that any further information would have to come from the Fayette County authorities and it is not yet disclosed if Ross has an attorney on the case yet.
