See Heidi Klum At 13 Years Old!

This week, the 40 year-old model and Project Runway host shared a funny throwback photo with her 1 million Instagram followers, revealing that even she got caught up in the cheesy, over-the-top style of the 1980s.
In the pic, Heidi’s face is angelic, but her hair is teased and wavy, her makeup is intense, her dress is big and puffy, and her chunky jewelry doesn’t match. She’s even got a giant pink bow on her head! Click on the video to see the photo, which Heidi captioned,”13 years old!”
By age 19, Heidi had won a modeling contest that launched her career. Soon after, she became known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and for her work as a Victoria’s Secret Angel.
Heidi recently spoke with Women’s Health magazine about turning 40. “I’ve always felt great about my body. I’ve always been very confident, and I still am,” she explained. “I wouldn’t go to the gym in a sports bra and little shorts – I feel like everything’s jiggling around. But I didn’t do that before, either.”
She also admits that she can’t eat like she used to. “The metabolism definitely changes when you turn 4o,” she said. “I always thought, that’s not going to happen to me, but it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more. I figured out what works for me. I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread.”
